Sugar Land Senior Center

RHA was tasked with performing a full building analysis and feasability study for the City of Sugar Land to retrofit and repurpose their existing Community Center as the city’s new Senior Center. Composed of an arts and crafts room, movie room, multiple game rooms, library, computer center, cafe, and outdoor gardening area, the center will be an active space for the city. In addition to the senior center functions, the building will also house a significant amount of event rental space.
