Suites for four to five students share a central commons room

Harms Hall is a four-story, 77,000SF, 300+ student dormitory structure. The building is sited at the south edge of the campus creating a perimeter containment for the urban campus. The typical student housing is organized into four- to five-student suites sharing a central commons room. Other accommodations include single and family suites for resident advisors, and two additional shared public/common spaces are provided for student congregation.
