March 12, 2012 — Groundbreaking took place on March 12, 2012 for the City of La Porte's new 6-bay Fire Station #1. The new station will house both Fire Chief and Fire Marshall's offices and be the primary dispatch and control center in the event of a natural disaster. Construction is scheduled for completion in December 2012.

February 7, 2012 — RHA assisted a First Baptist Church Pearland (FBCP) team in the design of its Kenya Orphanage located outside the city of Homa Bay, Kenya, in Kwoyo Village. The project was completed in June 2009.

April 16, 2012 — This morning Houston Christian High School dedicated their new George and Barbara Bush Center for Scholars and Leaders as an ongoing commitment to building a new generation of young leaders.

August 20, 2012 — Houston Christian High School celebrated the opening of the newly completed 38,370SF Student Center. The dedication ceremony featured a performance by the marching band, special thanks for the donors, appreciation for the design and construction teams, and prayers for the new opportunities the Student Center will provide for the school and students.

July 5, 2012 — Construction is under way for the new City of La Porte Fire Station #1. The concrete slab and paving have been poured, and we are awaiting steel arrival and erection. The project is set to be completed by the end of the year.
